TURNING YOUR VISION INTO REALITY
Mission Statement
We exist for the organizations doing meaningful work that the world needs to see and feel. At Unexibited Vision, we partner with small businesses, nonprofits, and community-driven organizations to close the gap between the work they are doing and their ability to communicate it, organize it, and sustain it. Through strategic operations, creative design, and human-centered communication, we help purpose-driven leaders show up clearly, connect authentically, and build something that lasts.
Vision Statement
We believe that when organizations are grounded in purpose and supported with the right structure, they become forces of genuine connection and lasting change. Our vision is a world where small businesses and community organizations do not have to choose between doing good work and being seen for it. We are here to make sure they can do both.
Who We Are
At Unexibited Vision, we transform purpose-driven ideas into strategic action. We partner with small to medium-sized businesses, nonprofits, and service agencies to design initiatives that resonate deeply, strengthen community connection, and create lasting impact. Through creative strategy, communication design, and human-centered project management, we turn bold visions into outcomes that inspire, unite, and endure.

Built on purpose. Grounded in people.
Our Story
Unexibited Vision was founded in 2021 by Geomara G. Flores, a multidisciplinary strategist, designer, and creative problem solver with over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of operations, communication, and community.
Before launching UV, Geo built her foundation at institutions like Rutgers University, CUNY, and the Illuminating Engineering Society, where she supported the operations of community-oriented programs, designed operational systems from the ground up, coordinated communication messages accross departments and liaisons, and supported the kind of operational infrastructure that keeps meaningful work moving. She has worked with early childhood programs, academic research institutes, standards development organizations, nonprofits, and independent consultants, and she brought the same attentiveness and strategic thinking to every one of them.
Geo holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from Rutgers University and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. That background is not a footnote. It is the lens through which she approaches every client engagement, with an understanding of relational dynamics, systems thinking, and what it actually takes for people and organizations to function well together.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and brings both fluency into her work with diverse communities and clients.
UV operates as a collaborative practice. Geo leads every engagement and brings in trusted contractors when a project calls for additional capacity, so clients always get the right team for the work without the overhead of a large agency.

Building the Structure Behind the Scenes
For when the work is real but the systems are not keeping up.
This is for you if: You are a consultant, nonprofit, small business, or program director who needs an operational partner, not just a task manager.

We come in and build the structure your work needs to run without you holding everything together manually.
This includes:
Project and program management
Workflow and process design
Staff coordination and delegation systems
Operational planning and timeline builds

Reaching the People You Serve
For when your message exists but is not reaching the people who need it.
This is for you if: You are a nonprofit, community organization, small business, or advocacy group that needs to build real connection with your audience, not just visibility.
You know what you do and why it matters. But the people you are trying to reach are not finding you, not engaging, or not feeling connected when they do. The problem is not your mission. It is the infrastructure around how you communicate it.
We help you build a communication strategy that matches how your audience actually receives information and gives them a reason to stay.
This includes:
Strategic communications planning
Community outreach strategy and campaign design
Copywriting for websites, programs, and campaigns
Social media strategy and content
Email and newsletter communication
Advocacy and civic engagement communication strategy
Bilingual communication support (English and Spanish)

Design That Tells Your Story
For when what you do deserves to look and feel like who you are.
This is for you if: You are a small business, independent creator, nonprofit, or community organization whose visual presence does not yet reflect the depth of your work.
Your visual identity is either working for you or it is working against you. A brand that does not reflect your values, your community, or your voice creates distance before you even say a word. We close that gap.
We design with intention, which means every visual choice is grounded in your mission and built to resonate with the people you are trying to reach.
This includes:
Logo design and brand identity
Brand strategy and visual storytelling
Illustration for editorial, publications, children's books, and campaigns
Print design for reports, program books, and event materials
Social media graphics and campaign visuals
Website design centered on your audience
Book covers and album art
